One REBAP does it again!

It was awarded Top 2 DMCI Homes iBroker Sales Group for the second consecutive year. Nat’l. President Rhon Mercado, One REBAP Coordinator Aida Hizon and 2016 One REBAP topnotcher Cherrylaine Berber received the trophy from DMCI Homes Chairman Isidro A. Consunji, President Alfredo A. Austria, Treasurer Edwina C. Laperal, Sales SVP Florante C. Ofrecio and iBroker Sales Manager Bernard V. Umali.  The awarding ceremonies, held at the SOLAIRE Hotel and Casino Grand Ballroom on February 20, was attended by  Top 10 iBrokers as well as the DMCI In-house group awardees.

One REBAP’s 2016 doubled the 2015 sales mainly because of the participation of additional chapters in our Unified Accreditation System (UAS).  Metro Manila contributors were BGC Chapter,Caloocan, Greenhills, LMP, Makati,Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, MetroEast,Ortigas, Pasay; Quezon City, Provincial Chapters Cavite, Laguna, Tagaytay, Naga, Baguio and Laoag. Individual topnotchers(as of January final tally) were CRBs Cherrylaine Berber, Joseph Avisa, Grace Ocampo(BGC), Daisy Galanza(Caloocan), Madelyn delos Santos, Driven Marketing/Lubar delos Reyes(BGC), Judy Justado (LMP), Bernard Pangilinan(Tagaytay), Aurora Suerte, Elsa Loredo(LMP).

The One REBAP-DMCI partnership under the Unified Accreditation System, a brainchild of LMP’s CRB Butch Hizon, is going on its 8th year. Every year, Team One REBAP continues to grow as more and more CRBs have realized that there is “everything to gain, nothing to lose” with their participation in the UAS. The success of the system has attracted the attention of other Property Developers which resulted in the official alliance of Cavite Chapter with Suntrust,  and lately Greenhills Chapter with Dataland.

The passion to share what we know, the value of teamwork founded on mutual respect, trust and confidence among CRBs, continuing  ethical realty service practice and administration – are but a few key points that will keep us together in the years to come.
