Year 2017 was a fruitful year for REBAP Caloocan Chapter as we received the “Best Chapter Award” and the “Chapter Outstanding President” for CRB Louella E. Laranang.

Aside from the National awards, other members who received recognition for year 2017 were: CRB Teresita D. Calizo, 4th top broker at Blue Mountains Properties, Amaresa 2 project ; CRB Evelyn O. Samaniego, one of the Top Broker (Luzon) in Lamudi Philippines; CRB Cesar Cobangbag, Tritzie Que and Louella Laranang 2017 top broker of JKY Properties. 

The Chapter started the year 2018 right, with a planning session of strong and motivated Board Officers and Council of Leaders. A TRAIN (Tax Reform Acceleration Inclusion) Law seminar was held on January at CRESCOOP Office by our very own CPA-CRB Noel N. Cobangbang.

The Chapter MLS (Multiple Listing System) by CRB Marius Manzo and Chapter exchange listing (Messenger) was created. 

Activities for the month of February were as follows: 

  1. Chinese New Year celebration as CRB Antonio Jun Paterno gave-away tikoy to members who attended the regular meeting and fellowship night;
  1. Caloocan Chapter is in government and tax compliance as we accomplished our business permit. 
  1. Fellowship night, accreditation of Metrobank and Ortigas Group of Companies, discussion with CRB Noel Cobangbang on “2018 Property Forecast” and Pag- ibig updates, and other matters by Crb Louella. 
  1. Chapter Team Building held at La Mesa Eco Park, Novaliches, Quezon City with the theme: “Health is wealth”. The group started dancing, others walking, nature adventure and zumba pa more. The art of listening, communicating well, cooperation, and team work was the main topic of the team building activity.

REBAP Caloocan Chapter remains very cooperative and excited to participate in Chapter and National activities for the month of February.
