LMP Fired Up !

January-March 2018 Activities of REBAP LMP

LMP Fired Up!

With the passion to serve that our dear President CRB Beatriz Cruz exudes, everything seems to be going so brightly for REBAP LMP.

Lead! Motivate, and Prosper (LMP), this theme is the battle cry of our Chapter for Year 2018 and perhaps for the years to come.

Highlights of the first quarter activities are: a well-attended first Chapter GMM held on January 29, 2018 with 45 CRBs and 7 incoming new members present and a courtesy call to the BIR of Paranaque City by the Chapter Board of Trustees on February 12, 2018.

Team Internal headed by the very energetic, enthusiastic, and creative VP Ester Distor has been consistently fulfilling her department’s plans and programs. Almost 100% of our old members has been retained and 70% of the targeted increase in membership has already been reached at this early. An increase in attendance every Business Meeting is notable as well.

With the aim of strengthening family ties among members, a Family Day event is on the pipeline. It will be held on March 17, 2018 at Tubigan Garden Resort in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Practices for the Bowling Tournament have started, too.

Team External is being led by very young, vibrant, and hardworking VP Judy Grace Justado, who is also a consistent top-notch seller of DMCI projects. She has initiated and conducted the very knowledge-empowering seminar on the new TRAIN Law on February 26, 2018 with CRB Atty. Cherry Vi Saldua-Castillo as the resource person, who gave lectures focusing on the effects of TRAIN law in real estate practice.

Team Finance headed by the very efficient, willing, and able VP Jesus Tatu is also busy accommodating project presenters to our Chapter GMM. His Team together with the External Department has collaborated in bringing forth a successful DMCI Training and Accreditation on February 21, 2018 exclusive to our members.

All these and more as we serve and bless more people this 2018!
