Become a Chapter Member

With 39 chapters spread across the archipelago, serving the Filipino nation for 42 years now. If you are a PRC-licensed real estate broker, whether seasoned or new, and if you believe you can be an asset to REBAP, we invite you to become a member to the chapter of your preference.

  1. Download this form and fill it out: Membership Form
    Note: Don’t forget to put who endorsed you in the “Referred by” field.

  2. Email your intent to join at [email protected] together with all of these attachments:
    • The filled up form
    • Clear digital photo (JPG, BMP, or PNG formats
    • Scanned PRC ID
    • Another scanned government-issued ID
    • Clearance from your chapter/organization (IF you are transferring from another chapter of REBAP or from another real estate brokers organization)
    Note: Put “Membership, Your Last Name“ as the subject in your email.

  3. Your application will be evaluated. If needed, interview/s may be conducted by your preferred chapter or additional documents may be requested.
